Who doesn’t love coming home to find a package waiting at our doorstep?! Of course, we never expect to find that the items we ordered do not fit or look that way we had hoped. Please see which items qualify for a return and/or exchange below. Please note: reserves the right to change or alter these policies without notice.


All full-priced swimwear, active-wear, and clothing, may be returned for a full refund and/or exchange, minus a $9 restocking fee, within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Items purchased at the original retail price are considered full-priced.

Items not considered to be full-priced include the following: (1) on-sale items, (2) items purchased using a discount or promotional code, (3) items purchased using store credit. These items are FINAL SALE.

All return and exchanges must be sent back in new and unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. The bikinis must be in sterilized condition if any bodily fluids appear on our bikinis, we will decline your return request. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.



We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories: (1) Accessories; (2) Visors; (3) Hats; (4) Sunglasses.

Any swimwear and clothing purchased on sale, using a discount or promo code, or with store credit are also final sale.

You may start a return or exchange by clicking the link above. All returns and exchanges must be authorized prior to be shipped back. If you return an item without authorization, using your own shipping label, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once your return or exchange is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. All products must be shipped within 10 days after return authorization using provided postage-paid US return shipping label. Please note there is a $9 Shipping and Handling fee charged on all refunds and exchanges. Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment or a Store credit within 10-14 business days once we accept your return package. 

Once the customer care team has received your item(s) they will match it against the original photograph to ensure the conditions. After the item has been approved, you will receive your refund, typically within 48 hours. Return and exchange approval is at the discretion of our customer care team. reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns and exchanges will be shipped back to the customer.

If you happen to receive a damaged item contact with a photo of the damaged item. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or return may not be approved.

Orders placed during November and December can be returned by January 14th of the following year, with no final sale items.


Nobody wants to get their new items and have them not fit or look as expected. Just like relationships, sometimes things just don’t work out. We feel for you! That is why we want you to be aware of the ways in which you can keep your items in new condition should you want to return or exchange them.

  • Go Natural! Please be conscious of any lotion, sunscreen, makeup, perfume, deodorant, and self-tanner you may be wearing when trying on your new swimsuits and clothing. These products are prone to leaving marks on fabrics, which may cause your items not to be approved for return or exchange.
  • Ladies, please use our panty-liners! We love every inch of you, but please, do not use our bikinis without a panty-liner! We stress the importance on keeping our bikinis sterile unless you are certain you are keeping your new swimsuit. For the sake (and safety) of everyone around the world, swimwear returned with any bodily fluids will be considered used and the return or exchange will not be accepted, no exceptions.
  • Differently Made. We carry brands from around the world (mostly from Brazil) and every brand is different. Fit and sizes can vary greatly. If an item seems too small, do not risk stretching the fabric or tearing seams. Contact our customer care team and we will happily exchange it for a new size. Beauty is pain, but your swimsuit shouldn’t be! When in doubt, size up.
